REQUIREMENTS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is essential, with an advanced degree being a significant advantage.
  • 10+ years of valuable experience in a marketing role.
  • Experience in medical devices, biopharma, healthcare, or another regulated industry is required.
  • A proven track record in project planning and budgeting.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs while effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Fluency in German and English is required, French is a plus
  • Experience in leveraging data to shape innovative digital strategies.
  • A genuine passion for improving outcomes for heart attack patients and a strong desire to support others.
  • Understanding of user experience and content strategy is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance market penetration, targeting specific segments with tailored campaigns.
  • Competitor monitoring: Monitor competitor activities, strategies, and market presence regularly to identify trends and benchmark performance. Analyze competitive products and their positioning to inform marketing strategies and differentiate offerings.
  • Action Plans: Develop actionable plans outlining objectives, tactics, and resource allocation. Lead timely and budget-friendly marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and industry trends. Collaborate with teams to analyze feedback and enhance product marketing materials.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze customer segments to understand purchasing behaviors. Leverage data analytics to assess performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
  • Potential Analysis: Evaluate market and account potential for products and therapies through SWOT analysis, considering competition and regulatory factors.
  • Measurement and KPIs: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge marketing effectiveness. Continuously adjust strategies based on insights and market feedback.
