Your area of ​​responsibility and your profile: 

Area of ​​responsibility:

• Independent customer handling: You are the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for the preparation and execution of workshops, steering committees and negotiations.
• Diverse tasks and projects: You independently analyze structures and processes along the entire supply chain to identify optimization potential and to develop customer-specific strategies and measures.
• Project management responsibility: You independently take on projects and lead the project teams.
• People Manager: You will take over the leadership of a team and develop it further with us.
• Expanding your own network: Supporting our clients beyond initial projects. 
• Active corporate and business development: Responsibility for (further) developing our consulting portfolio in new industries or subject areas.

Profile:

• Successful completion of studies in the field of economics or in one of the STEM subjects.
• Relevant professional experience in project management related to supply chain management and/or purchasing
• Professional experience in a consulting environment
• Experience in the professional guidance , motivation, and management of project teams
• A high degree of customer focus , professionalism, and motivation to "pitch in" in order to achieve real added value for customers on projects and to further advance a dynamically growing consulting company.
• A team-oriented , open and humorous personality rounds off your profile just as well as fluent German and good English skills.
