Your tasks include:

  • Project management & customer consulting: Management of projects in the area of ​​supply chain planning (e.g. sales planning, production planning, inventory optimization). 
  • Analysis & Conception: Development of planning processes, scenarios and strategies for optimizing supply chains/processes with customer workshops.
  • Creation of business cases and implementation recommendations.
  • Technology deployment: Selection of IT solutions (e.g., SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder).
  • Change Management: Supporting transformation projects and ensuring sustainable results.
  • Team leadership: Guiding consultants and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. 

our area of ​​responsibility:

  • A very good Master's degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar).
  • Several years of experience in consulting or industry in the field of supply chain planning (e.g., demand planning, sales & operations planning, production or distribution planning). 
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant planning tools and methods.
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and process understanding.
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders at the management level.
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
