As a technical expert, you will systematically guide our Property Managers and successfully maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders in a challenging environment. Your Responsibilities: Actively maintain and expand relationships with all stakeholders Manage diverse interests and perspectives in joint projects Oversee external partners in the implementation of planned CAPEX measures Monitor budget usage and adherence to deadlines Evaluate and analyze renovation concepts in terms of planning, costs, and execution Initiate and further develop processes for monitoring delegated operational tasks Develop, validate, and adjust maintenance measures and cost planning, particularly in the creation of property-specific business plans with a ten-year investment horizon Conduct economic analyses and lifecycle-oriented maintenance concepts Ensure the quality of services provided by third parties, including conducting audits and defining and implementing processes and training Depending on the complexity of the construction task: procurement, management, and controlling of external partners in the implementation of optimization and construction measures Your Qualifications: Successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of relevant professional experience Extensive experience in service provider management, particularly with Property and Facility Managers and service providers in construction and building technology Operational project experience in all phases and solid knowledge in construction technology Excellent German and English language skills Proficient in MS Office applications, ideally also in SAP Outstanding communication and cooperation skills in dealing with clients and external service providers Goal and result orientation, as well as conflict resolution and assertiveness Negotiation skills and ability to work in a team Benefits: Onboarding: A mentor, a buddy program and a global welcome event will help you getting started.
