About the role | Mō te tūranga We’re looking for an exceptional leader to elevate and transform how we support our Major Agribusiness Clients (MAC), some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex farming and agribusiness operations. In this role, you’ll lead the evolution of the MAC Relationship Analyst function, driving performance excellence, consistency, and innovation to deliver outstanding outcomes. You will: Drive consistency, capability uplift, and best practice across the MAC analyst cohort Lead and develop a high-performing national team of Relationship Analysts supporting our largest and most complex agribusiness clients Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Credit Analysts, and senior stakeholders to deliver outstanding, value-driven client outcomes Lead initiatives that simplify processes, enhance systems, and improve operational efficiency across MAC and the broader Country Banking business Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement meaningful change to elevate client experience and service delivery Influence strategy and ways of working at a national level to support sustainable growth Champion innovation, simplification, and operational excellence across the function Engage and align stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide outcomes With significant visibility across the business, your impact will be felt in shaping performance, strengthening culture, and enabling sustainable growth. About you | Ō pūkenga You’re a seasoned leader with strong commercial and technical depth, who thrives in complexity and brings others with you.
