Job Description As the Finance Analyst at A STAR, you will play a critical FP&A role in the financial planning and analysis functions across the organization. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, supporting decision-making processes, and ensuring the financial health of A STAR. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and insightful financial updates and reporting to senior management and other stakeholders. Drive cost and operational excellence through deep technical expertise, data analysis and business partnership. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision making (revenue and expenditure forecasting, cash flow analysis, scenario planning etc.). Analyse large datasets, identify trends and perform variance analysis with financial software proficiency (SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan, Jedox or other similar platforms). Interpret financial data and provide actionable insights for solutioning in a collaborative manner, with ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, concise recommendations for non-financial audiences. Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed. Job Requirements Preferably with a professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA or equivalent). Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills (e.g. business partnering experience). Knowledge of data analytics and data visualization tools is advantageous. Able to work independently and in a team to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The above eligibility criteria are not exhaustive.
