FINANCE OFFICE Senior Manager / Manager (Financial Systems) (25260633) The appointee is expected to assist the Assistant Director of Finance (Special Projects and Business Partnering) in driving the transformation journey and various initiatives/projects related to Office Automation, Financial Analysis, Dashboard and Reporting, and streamlining operation workflows of the Office. Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation of financial systems, including project coordination, user requirement collection, system testing and user training; * Manage external vendors and consultants involved in financial system projects and ensure quality deliverables are met within the agreed timeline; * Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements and automation to optimise financial operations, such as workflow management and robotic process automation; * Identify and gather business requirements to design and implement automated reporting solutions and dashboards that meet business objectives; * Oversee the design and maintenance of robust and efficient data pipelines that integrate data from multiple sources for both analytical and operational purposes; * Develop and manage interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making at all levels; * Create and maintain comprehensive data catalogues and data mapping with effective documentation and controls that correspond to business planning and analytical needs; * Provide value-added comments and advise on system-related projects; and * Perform tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements: * A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Accounting or a related discipline; * 8 years of relevant work experience or above (those with less experience will be considered as Manager); * Expertise in ETL technologies (e.g. Alteryx and Python) and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI and Qlik Sense); * Knowledge of ERP system (e.g. Oracle EBS) and Hyperion is a definite advantage; * Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365; * Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions; and * A good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment.  The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of three years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
