DESIGNATION : Senior Manager/ Manager (Contracts Management / Bay East Project Office)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with sound knowledge of government procurement process
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Organised, meticulous, numeric and possess good analytical skills
  • A self-starter who can multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

Gardens by the Bay comprises 3 Gardens - Bay South, Bay East and Bay Central. The Bay East Project Office oversees the development of the Founders’ Memorial and Bay East Garden. You will be part of the Bay East Project Office development team managing tenders & contracts and processing payments in compliance with the government procurement system. You will be working closely with stakeholders, consultants and contractors in your areas of work.

Your job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, organize and manage end-to-end project procurement processes
  • Ensure procurement process adheres to prevailing government policies and regulatory requirements
  • Co-ordinate with internal/ external stakeholders and consultants to prepare tender documents, evaluate tender bids and facilitate tender award
  • Handle financial processes such as assessment of claims, processing of payments, assessment of variations, extension of time, loss and expenses, finalisation of accounts, tracking and reviewing of cashflow projections etc
  • Conduct proper project documentation and to be part of the team for auditing of the project
