Senior Manager / Manager (HR Business Partner)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives and organisational excellence, implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and carry out end-to-end HR solutions.
[What you will be working on?]
In this role, you will be an integral part of the HR Business Partners team, working to create positive impact through:
a. Strategic partnership with division leaders to understand their challenges and develop people strategies that drive organisational success. You will have the opportunity to shape how we attract, develop and retain talent.
b. Be a trusted advisor to staff and managers and help them navigate HR policies and processes including career development opportunities, leave and benefits administration etc. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring fair and consistent application of HR practices while maintaining sensitivity to individual circumstances.
c. Guide teams through organisational transformations and new initiatives, ensuring our people remain engaged and enabled during times of change.
d. Collaborate with specialist HR teams in areas such as recruitment, compensation, talent development, career and competency development to deliver integrated solutions that meet both divisional needs and employee aspirations.
You will also be expected to take on other operational responsibilities of your assigned divisions. This includes:
a. Assess suitable candidates through interviews with divisions
b. Conduct meaningful exit interviews to gather insights for retention strategies
c. Maintain accurate HR records through working with HR Operations team to ensure regular system updates
d. Prepare regular management reports on HR metrics
e. Draft various submissions for leadership approval on matters such as staff movements, promotions, and other HR-related recommendations
[What we are looking for?]
a. At least 5 years of working experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
b. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organisational challenges and translate them into effective people solutions
c. Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility at all levels, from employees to senior management
d. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to write professionally and present recommendations clearly and confidently
e. Self-driven professional who shows initiative, exercises sound judgment, and maintains confidentiality while working independently

  • Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
