• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 8 years of leadership experience in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sourcing teams.
• Experience managing complex sourcing projects and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Sourcing experience in a global, multi-site, and cross-functional environment.
• Management experience in a large multinational company with a matrix organizational structure.
• Experience in budget and business plan development and implementation.
• Extensive experience working with global teams and executing significant transformational change projects.

SKILLS

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and maintain relationships at the executive level.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to systematically gather relevant information, consider a broad range of issues or factors, grasp complexities, and ensure relationships among problems or issues; capable of seeking input from others.
• Effective at building a team committed to organizational goals and fostering collaboration among team members.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Senior Manager, Market Area Procurement will lead a global sourcing team to develop and execute regional sourcing strategies for direct and indirect categories.
