THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Market Development & Strategic Growth, to lead initiatives that expand our impact, identify new markets, and build strong partnerships with industrial and commercial clients. This is a key role that combines entrepreneurial leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.

- Lead business development initiatives to expand energy management services to new and existing clients.

- Identify and engage prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive growth and impact.

- Develop data-driven value propositions tailored to diverse client needs.

- Build and manage a pipeline from early prospecting to closing and onboarding.

- Collaborate across teams—including delivery, engineering, marketing, and regulatory—to align client needs with program execution.

- Represent EfficiencyOne at industry events and in client meetings.

- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, delivery models, and customer engagement materials.

- Lead preparation of business cases, funding proposals, and stakeholder briefings.

- Use a test-and-learn approach to validate assumptions, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
