Job Description Vendor Acquisition: Achieve vendor acquisition targets as set, ensuring consistent growth of active vendors. Deal Sign-Ups: Complete deal sign-ups in line with target requirements, focusing on quality partnerships and sustainable performance GMV Improvement: Increase sales by boosting vendor activity, promotions, menu improvements, and online consistency. Offline Rate Improvement: Reduce downtime by ensuring vendors remain active, updated, and operational. Vendor Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen vendor relationships while proactively addressing and resolving issues or requests in a timely manner. Customer Experience Front: Hands on involvement in UI/UX to fit the targeted market and consumer segments Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English, or another related field. At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience managing and leading a team is a plus.
