Description

The Senior Manager, Corporate Marketing and Communications will lead the development and execution of corporate marketing and communications strategies that strengthen the organizations position as a leading provider of health benefits management services. This role is pivotal in elevating stakeholder engagement and enhancing how we communicate across audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:



    • Bachelors degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or life sciences (preferred), including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Bilingual proficiency (French/English) required.
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Proven ability to problem-solve, make sound decisions, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule during peak activity periods.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience in government and public relations considered a strong asset.
    • Familiarity with Drupal or other CMS platforms an asset.
    Responsibilities
    • Partner with the Chief Administrative Officer to design and implement strategic programs that enhance market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the Senior Leadership Team and Marketing and Communications Centers of Excellence.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify initiatives that position the organization as an industry innovator and thought leader.
    • Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies to drive employee engagement, leadership visibility, and brand recognition.
    • Lead the planning and execution of corporate marketing and communications initiatives across advertising, brand management, internal and external events, government relations, media relations, and speaking engagements.
    • Serve as back-up spokesperson for Canadian media in support of the CAO
    • Manage departmental budget and monthly forecasts.
