Job Description participation in achieving the goals of the University's strategy for 2018-2030 within the framework of the Division; participation in the development of content plans, SMM strategies and marketing campaigns abroad; assisting, as well as monitoring and providing recommendations in the conduct of activities by the Structural Divisions aimed at increasing the awareness of the University brand and recruiting students for the educational programs of schools; working with Google Analytics to analyze data and generate reports on university website traffic, aiming to optimize content and enhance user experience; collaborating with developers to implement changes to the University website, which includes providing them with necessary instructions and requirements to enhance its functionality and performance; work on the website of the University, including content, optimization, analytics and visual design of the website; optimizing CRM system operations, providing training to school employees on its use, regularly updating the client database, and monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of client interactions through the CRM system; engaging in SEO activities, including website promotion for key queries in search engines, enhancing organic traffic through search engines, analyzing keywords and competitive landscapes to optimize site content, and optimizing meta tags, titles, and page content to enhance the site's search visibility; moderating the weekly digest of university events, coordinating with other structural divisions of the university to distribute the digest via email, and ensuring timely publication on the University website. participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction; temporary performs the duties (replaces) of the Divisions’s staff during his/her temporary absence (up to one month). timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management; observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents; is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline; is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer; in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer). Qualifications - knowledge in digital-marketing; - knowledge in using digital marketing tools (social networks, websites, mailing lists, online advertising, analytics); - knowledge in sales, especially educational programs/ seminars; - fluent in Kazakh, English and Russian; - Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint - knowledge in business communication; Additional Information - Bachelor's degree or master's degree in the relevant field in marketing, economics, management, public administration, and other related fields. Higher-professional, preferable from the higher education institutions with English language of instruction. - Required work experience is five years minimum or a minimum of three years with a master’s degree in the relevant area. - Experience in higher education/business school, as well as in public relations, marketing, finance, corporate development or in relevant areas is desirable - Knowledge of CRM system, budgeting, marketing communications Recruitment and selection process Recruitment and selection at Nazarbayev University include the following process: preliminary selection based on experience and qualifications, assessments (e.g. technical skills/capabilities, aptitude, personality, work samples, in-basket exercises, and informal interviews), and motivation.
