MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • A growth hacker responsible for driving go-to market activities & will be responsible for performance marketing demand generation activities, with hands-on experience.

KEY SKILLS

  • Leverage your understanding of the product, market and use cases to enable the company to sell better and faster. You will be involved in executing highly successful go-to-market strategies, and delivering impactful narratives for our sales.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Drive marketing strategies across all channels.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies / campaign.
  • Coordinating with Business Unit Head & Sales team to plan the marketing campaign.
  • Drive branding and visibility in external forums, event & conferences.
  • Create GTM for practice lines & alliances by devising and executing multi-channel campaigns across mail, social media, webinars, workshops, etc.
  • Create thought leadership positioning by way of Relationship Management, Competitive Report participation and positioning.
  • Enhance organization’s positioning by creating unique value propositions & elevator pitches for differentiated communication with clients & influencers esp. including service offering content on website, Blogs, POVs, Case Studies, Videos, playbooks etc.
  • Create customer advocacy programs for all practice lines.
  • Manage organization’s participation in industry events end-to-end that includes brand visibility, engagement and lead generation strategies, theme, message, communications, design and vendor interactions.
  • Develop content for collaterals, case studies, presentations, social media posts, event stories and newsletters.
  • Plan and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across different channels. E.g. email campaigns, PPC ads, LinkedIn paid campaigns etc. to build pipeline.
  • Reporting of Weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to Marketing and practice leaders.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

  • Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or related field.
