Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic Marketing Program Manager to support the CMO and the broader marketing leadership team in driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and strategic program execution across Marketing!
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of structure and strategy! A natural orchestrator who brings clarity, consistency, and momentum to sophisticated initiatives. You’ll help ensure marketing runs as a high-functioning, integrated team by managing shared priorities, centralizing processes, and leading programs that require coordination across multiple team members and markets.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6+ years in program management, marketing coordination, or operational roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
  • Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives, shared planning processes, and executive-level coordination
  • Experience owning and maintaining centralized calendars, documentation systems, and planning spaces for cross-functional marketing teams
  • Skilled at consolidating inputs for executive and board-level meetings and building frameworks for QBRs and team reporting
  • Acts as a champion for critical initiatives — such as AI — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to rollout and implementation
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment and influencing without direct authority
  • Thrives in fast-paced settings with multiple priorities, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to drive alignment and execution across teams
Responsibilities

Strategic Program Ownership:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and workstreams.
  • Build, own and maintain the master marketing calendar, creating visibility and cohesion across campaigns, launches, events, and achievements.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for shared programs that span multiple owners or areas of responsibility.

Marketing Planning & Effectiveness

  • Manage the global marketing budget in partnership with Finance and the CMO, including tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Establish and maintain centralized systems and workflows for planning, documentation, teamwork, and performance tracking.
  • Implement governance for shared processes, ensuring clarity on roles, approvals, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for campaign calendars, shared assets, templates, and operational resources.
  • Create and manage one central location for all key documents, ensuring easy access and version control for the broader team.

CMO & Leadership Support

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CMO.
  • Work with the Executive Assistant to support leadership team rhythms: the EA handles logistics and scheduling; you ensure agendas, materials, and follow-ups are aligned to strategic goals.
  • Gather and consolidate inputs from across marketing to support CMO prep for executive and board-level meetings.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of templates and processes for marketing QBRs, planning sessions, and team reporting. Ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment.

Program Management

  • Lead and deliver high-impact, cross-team projects from planning to completion; including timelines, resource coordination, and retrospectives.
  • Track progress and dependencies across initiatives, flagging risks and driving resolution when needed.
  • Ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear impact.
  • Partner with the CMO to help with the marketing team’s adoption of AI tools and processes — including rollout planning, onboarding, standard processes, and usage governance.
