We are recruiting a Senior Manager, Marketing for our Sparkling Flavours category, on a permanent basis.

  • This incredible opportunity awaits the right candidate to make their mark in the role of Senior Brand Manager Fanta. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, you will play an important role in supporting the business agenda for the flavors portfolio.

We strive to provide cutting-edge excellence in ingredients, innovation, design and marketing. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will provide direction, leadership and coaching to members of project teams.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Develop short- (1 year) and mid-term (2-3 years) business/brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc. in order to support the OU category and brand growth targets. You will then use your strong collaboration and inclusivity to lead and motivate your project teams to execute and deliver targets.
  • Lead entire projects or a specific component/s of a larger global/regional project.
  • Champion the understanding and adoption of our experience and ‘phygitally’ led marketing transformation on the Fanta brand. You will be responsible for identifying inspiration and best practice both within and outside the company on ideas that deepen consumer engagement and recruitment, and recommend how to apply this to local OU plans.
  • Lead NPD projects from end to end (concept development to commercialization)
  • Develop programs, secure and effectively manage required DME budget in order to execute brand plan. Work with global teams, agencies and local country teams to ensure the scaling and implementation of global/regional direction into local execution, whilst still identifying local insights to drive local relevance.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of brand management/marketing experience.
  • Innovation experience a plus (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf)
  • Project and budget management experience
