POSITION SUMMARY:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Manager - Marketing Technology (Strategy and Innovation).
The Senior Manager, MarTech Strategy and Innovation will drive the alignment of marketing technology solutions with NYU Langone Health’s strategic objectives. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with expertise in personalization strategies, ecosystem-level thinking, customer data platforms (CDPs), audience segmentation, and eCommerce. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing NYU Langone Healths digital capabilities, and enabling the greater Communications, Marketing, Government and Community Affairs (CMGCA) department to achieve its goals through innovative technology solutions.
Reporting directly to the Director, Marketing Technology Strategy & Innovation, this position will join a team responsible for ensuring seamless technology implementation and management, cost-effective solutions, and strategic vendor partnerships across marketing technology platforms. By applying expertise in marketing, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Manager will ultimately enhance NYU Langone Healths audience engagement strategy and business outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Computer Science.
  • 3 years experience with Drupal web content management system (experience with WordPress a plus).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and FTP.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, communication and prioritization skills.
  • Experience at a hospital, academic medical center, healthcare organization, or digital agency a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, personalization strategy, and platform management.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation and data-driven decision-making (CDP experience desirable)
  • Proficiency with eCommerce strategies, marketing automation, and omnichannel personalization.
  • Experience working with web publishing platforms, data management tools, and digital development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
  • Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment and lead cross-functional collaborations.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, data science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing technology or related industries.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $132,000.00 - $145,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
