YOUR MISSION Own a portfolio of trend‑driven, sport, and fashion‑forward accounts such as Kith, Naked, Asphaltgold, and 11teamsports in close partnership with the Key Account Sales Manager. Develop high‑impact brand activations, exclusive drops, and collaborative initiatives that elevate brand energy and desirability. Execute culturally relevant moments by partnering with PR, Influencer, Social Media, Event, and Content teams. Ensure all account campaigns and programs follow global priorities, guidelines, and seasonal tools while staying authentic to local communities. Manage account activation budgets and track performance KPIs to ensure measurable brand and commercial outcomes. Feed relevant cultural insights and account learnings back into the organization to inform marketing and product decisions. Build strong relationships with trend and culture‑driven retailers to secure premium brand execution. Align closely with internal teams to ensure consistency across product flows, campaign timing, and activation opportunities. Elevate brand presence in the trend ecosystem by combining creative excellence with disciplined execution. YOUR TALENT Strong Key Account Management and Brand Marketing competence, built through 3–6 years of experience in partner‑facing and activation‑driven roles. Deep cultural fluency and affinity for fashion, sneakers, and youth culture to navigate trend‑driven environments authentically. High creative sensibility to develop culturally relevant concepts, campaigns, and product drops that resonate with style‑forward consumers. Balance of creativity with operational rigor, ensuring disciplined planning, structured execution, and reliable delivery across accounts. Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills to work effectively with Sales, PR, Influencer, Social Media, Event, and Content teams.
