Senior Manager - Master Data Management

What will your typical day look like?
Our clients are increasingly investing in digitisation, simplification, and modernisation, through business transformation initiatives such as Digital, Core Operations, Finance and Data. To meet this demand, we are growing our cloud data management team and are looking for MDM specialists. In this role you will be a key member in shaping, designing, and delivering MDM programs, while playing vital role in building the cloud data management practice.
As a Senior Manager, you’ll combine technical expertise, problem-solving, and client collaboration to deliver high-quality AI & Data solutions.

KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING:

Multi-domain Master Data Management expertise.
Modern approaches to MDM leveraging AI.
Understanding of various styles of MDM implementation.
Understanding of SaaS / iPaaS and Hosted MDM patterns.
Understanding of the Australian master and reference data ecosystem and key use cases.
Data quality, API & Integration experience.
MDM & Data Quality methodologies
Experience in leading and delivering complex technology engagements with resources in multiple geographical locations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Ability to understand and communicate client strategic business drivers and operational process requirements and link specific business requirements to Data Management capabilities.
Ability to recommend Data Management process, governance, organisational and platform models, tool selections and application integration options to clients.
Experience working with Informatica, IBM, Ataccama, GCP, Azure and/or AWS tools and services.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (ie: MS PowerPoint).
Ability to create critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong consulting & analytics skills.
