About the job
We are looking to fill the Senior Manager Media and Digital position for Danone Canada.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • University degree in Commerce with specialization in marketing, media or communication.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and French (a plus)
  • 6 years+ of professional experience in the field of media (media manager), both traditional and digital.
  • Ability to build and challenge a media plan. Very strong knowledge of digital platforms (DV360, IAS, Adwords, Vividata etc)
  • Business oriented, results and ROI oriented.
  • Strategic vision, as well as being skilled at making the strategic development and translate them into actions.
  • Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams (at Danone Canada and with agencies).
  • Ability to work in a team (many transversal management internally and externally).
  • Sense of innovation & creativity, organization and planning.
  • Ability to be creative, able to make proposals and show enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

Mission: Guided by Danone Canada’s strategy and its brands, the Senior Manager of Media and Digital is responsible for the company’s media investment strategy. The goal is to build admired brands by continuously finding new ways to engage consumers—speaking to each one in a relevant, captivating way that evokes emotion. This role reports to the Media Director and manages a team of 3 managers and analysts.
