About Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT)

We are a diverse team with deep industry experience alongside core future organisation skillsets. We are expanding our team and looking for people who embrace change, bring a growth mind-set, and are eager to work in a high-paced innovative environment. We are particularly looking for individuals with expertise in the TMT industry, specifically Telco.
As a Senior Manager in the team, you will work closely to build the proposition for supporting our clients to put people at the heart of technology transformations, both internally and externally.
Internally, you will work closely with the Directors and Partners to play a key role in influencing and shaping the strategic development of the proposition, considering the key client conversation starters and educating the wider senior team around these go-to-market plays. In doing so, you will build and upskill a team around you that understands how we can market and sell the proposition with sufficient expertise to advise and deliver.
Externally, you will also have the commercial experience necessary to build and develop significant new business opportunities for the Firm focused on the development of senior client relationships, primarily C-level roles within IT, People or Product functions. In doing so, you will build a level of eminence in the marketplace that gives you the platform to support the Firm’s growth ambitions in the long-term.
To be successful in this role, you will be a subject matter expert leading multiple, high-profile projects and bids, whilst developing innovative thought leadership. You will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and help recruit the best people.
