This role will lead the cross functional approach to develop and deliver the overarching LEGO Insiders marketing & brand approach, enabling the communication of our unique membership value proposition, exclusive benefits and perks, plus drive consistent branding, awareness and visibility across all channels. Helping to achieve our membership commercial and brand goals, growth targets and contribute towards improving Client Life Value.
You will report directly to the Director Membership Campaigns & Marketing.

The Senior Manager, Membership Brand & Marketing is a key leader to help transform our LEGO Insiders Membership. Responsible for delivering the commercial marketing, membership communication approach and a cohesive membership visual identity across all LEGO Branded and non-branded channels.
Location: This position can be based in our Copenhagen or Billund office, with a hybrid working model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Please note that relocation support is not provided.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the cross-functional membership marketing to boost awareness, visibility, and commercial impact of LEGO Insiders.
  • Collaborate with Our LEGO Agency and partners to build a unified LEGO Insiders visual identity and communication framework that fosters membership growth.
  • Develop toolkits to empower partners (LEGO Branded Retail, LEGO Certified Stores, and third-party retailers) to effectively promote the LEGO Insiders program and enhance visibility across channels.
  • Drive the consistency and elevation of effective membership communication in support of reaching more engaged members with purchase
  • Lead the development of the LEGO Insiders membership content strategy and calendar in close partnership with other functions, ensuring a balance of commercial, conversion driving messaging and engaging content
  • Partner with Membership, CRM, and DCE Campaign teams to integrate marketing and content plans, ensuring cohesive implementation of the brand aesthetics and improving commercial impact.
  • Manage the LEGO Insiders membership marketing & brand budget, supervising performance metrics and return on investment for thorough evaluation and reporting.

We seek a proactive and positive individual who thrives both independently and in a team, capable of setting clear direction. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and effective influence.

  • Extensive experience in leading top-tier loyalty or membership marketing and communication initiatives, including delivering integrated branding and visual identity.
  • Experience with managing and driving cross-functional loyalty or membership content development and execution processes
  • Adept at building support and navigating diverse groups within a global company, including collaboration with product and tech teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convey clear recommendations.
  • Proficient in communicating with senior leaders (written and oral) based on a solid foundation.
  • Familiarity in a global, multicultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
