  • Market & Category Expansion: Strategically unlock future category growth opportunities.
  • Product Creation: Lead the product creation process.
  • Range Planning & Lifecycle Management: Identify and execute category growth plans; drive cross-functional connectivity.
  • Line Architecture: Challenge range plans to capture market dynamics and opportunities; drive pricing, margin, and line efficiency.
  • Assortment Building: Ensure strong alignment across product, GTM, marketing, assortments, buying, and planning.
  • Milestone Management: Lead documentation and sample preparation.
  • Go-to-Market: Manage milestone preparation, sales analysis, selling tools, and showroom setup.
