We are seeking a Senior Manager with 3-5 years of experience in public communications, community engagement, or policy implementation to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate with government agencies to design and execute targeted outreach initiatives for the community, including developing innovative engagement strategies to strengthen government-citizen partnerships. Your role also requires interpretation of data, including behavioural insights and life-stage specific challenges to help you develop clear, relevant, and accessible communications content for diverse communities. [What you will be working on] Key work areas include: Engagement Strategy & Outreach: Lead the design and execution of outreach plans that foster inclusive citizen participation across multiple demographics. Ensure that all sectors of the community are represented in government policy-making processes. Message Testing & Communications Content Development: Conduct message testing initiatives to assess the relevance and effectiveness of public communications initiatives. Develop and refine content that makes government support programmes and initiatives accessible and meaningful for citizens at different life stages. Digital Innovation & Engagement Tools: Stay at the forefront of new technologies to enhance citizen engagement experiences. Conduct research on emerging engagement technologies, platforms, and digital capabilities that can improve outreach efficiency and extend reach to a broader audience quickly. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage existing data to develop actionable recommendations for refining citizen engagement strategies. Use available demographic and behavioral data to shape initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the community's evolving needs and enhancing overall engagement effectiveness. Network Growth & Capability Building: Identify partnership opportunities and build organizational capabilities to strengthen the government-citizen relationship. Systems Thinking & Process Optimization: Utilize systems thinking to develop frameworks that streamline engagement processes and improve efficiency.
