Job Description As Senior Compliance Manager and MLCO/CO for IQ-EQ (Guernsey) Limited, this role is pivotal in driving a strong culture of regulatory compliance across the business. It holds overall responsibility for ensuring adherence to applicable laws and standards, while proactively protecting the organisation from financial crime risks, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing, and safeguarding its reputation. Responsibilities
