• .Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Aviation, and/or equivalent work experience in a related field
• .Demonstrable experience in continuous improvement and/or project management
• .Proven ability to lead quality teams, initiative, and exercise critical thinking in a regulated environment
