Description
Take on a high‑profile leadership role at the centre of our Retail Services function, where you’ll head up the Network Planning and Implementation team within Channel Operations.    This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the evolution of Nationwide’s Branch Network, ensuring our sites remain safe, modern and equipped to meet the needs of our customers and colleagues, today and into the future.    You’ll lead a talented team driving continuous improvement and long‑term planning, while influencing strategy as part of the wider Channel Operations leadership group.   If you’re passionate about meaningful change, committed to supporting our communities, and ready to make a real impact on how our branches operate and evolve, this role offers the platform to do exactly that. This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.   At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. More rewarding relationships are supported through our hybrid approach, bringing colleagues together across our UK wide estate, whilst also supporting generous access to home working. We value our time in the office to solve problems, to learn, and to feel connected.   For this job, you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events. This is expected to be at least once a month at either our Swindon or London office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.  Nationwide is committed to the redeployment of our employees impacted by change, as such applications for redeployment candidates will be prioritised in this recruitment process.   If you’re a colleague on long term absence (for example, on parental leave) or a temporary worker, please use your personal email address to submit an application.
