Pearl Interactive Network is recruiting to hire a Senior Manager of Business Development.  The Senior Manager of Business Development creates and executes business strategies, builds and maintains client and partner relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of new business strategies, identifying and pursuing new growth opportunities for the company. * Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to establish long-term business goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them. * Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. * Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. * Manages client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams. * Promotes the organization's products or services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other external stakeholders. * Monitor market trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to senior leadership as necessary. * Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activities, pipeline development, and performance metrics to senior leadership.  Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.  * 5+ years of demonstrated track record in Business Development, with a proven track record of success in selling to Federal government clients and agencies.  * Extensive knowledge of the procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.  * Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally. * Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements. * Strong program management skills to lead end-to-end partnership deliverables with internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to assess business needs, identify solutions and solid analytical capabilities to deliver on business performance. * Ability to be flexible and work in a fast paced, competitive and rapidly changing environment. * Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities. * Be proactive, organized and able to handle workload independently. * Proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.   Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.
