Strengthen cross‑functional partnerships with pre‑clinical, clinical, software, hardware, and systems teams to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and achieve program success. Drive functional excellence and continuous improvement by promoting best practices, staying current with industry trends, and elevating R&D execution. Manage organizational resources, including staffing, budgeting, and project planning, to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with strategic goals. Oversee intellectual property strategy and manage external collaborations, contracts, and technology opportunities. Coach, mentor, and develop talent, providing routine feedback and supporting career growth through structured performance and development processes.
