Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world. Job Description Join the leadership team of a global real estate organization and lead Corporate Real Estate Services across the Middle East & Africa (today composed of Egypt, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE) a fast‑growing and newly structured region with a strong mandate for expansion and value creation. This is a high‑impact executive role, covering the full real estate lifecycle, site acquisition, leasing, greenfield construction, project delivery, facilities operations and portfolio optimization while supporting the Group’s growth strategy, including the integration of WNS into Capgemini.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Portfolio Leadership: Optimize and manage offices and strategic hubs across the region Real Estate Strategy: Define and execute long term real estate roadmaps aligned with business priorities Acquisitions & Leasing: Lead negotiations with the Procurement team, renewals, disposals and asset arbitrage Project Delivery: Oversee construction, renovation and fit out projects (cost, quality, timelines) People Leadership: Lead and develop a highly performing team of 20+ CRES professionals Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, Group functions and external partners through our internal governance Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local regulations, governance and ethical standards Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, KPIs and performance metrics Health, Safety & Security: Champion HSE standards across all sites Sustainability: Drive environmentally responsible and energy efficient operations   Required Skills:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Engineering, Finance, Business or related field; MBA preferred Experience: 10+ years in real estate or business, 5+ years in a leadership role Regional Expertise: Strong knowledge of Middle East & Africa real estate markets, legal and regulatory environment Core Skills: Expertise in commercial leasing and property development, greenfield construction and complex project delivery, as well as financial modeling and investment Leadership & Values: High ethical standards, rigor and integrity, strong executive presence, and excellent communication skills Mobility: Willingness to travel across the Middle East & Africa region (50% the first year, then 20%) Languages: Arabic and English (professional level) Capgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
