Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and collaborative Senior Manager of Design to oversee the design team in the development and production of visuals that support creative concepts and solutions. The position will apply expert knowledge of brand and design standards, visual storytelling and the creative landscape to support the delivery of high-quality assets and act as the lead designer on highly visible, top tier projects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop visual assets in support of creative concepts for top tier/high visibility marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of designers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Lead the ideation and development of innovative visual solutions.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with MFS’ brand identity and goals.
  • Review work in progress, providing feedback and hands-on support as needed.
  • Support the design team’s growth in technical and digital design expertise.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality work.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with other creative team leads, creative team director and department leadership to promote innovative thinking and creative excellence.
  • Implement, influence, and contribute to the broader Creative team strategy
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and current best practices in design.
