SALARY: $100,000-$118,750 bonus and long-term incentive eligibility

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CMA, CPA, and/or MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years of accounting experience, supervisory experience a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the accounting processes/procedures required.
  • Cost accounting experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and related reporting tools strongly preferred.
  • Strong problem solving, analysis, planning and communication skills. Budget development and oversight preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers and support groups to achieve a desired goal.
  • Ability to work independently: Strong ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks without the need for direct supervision. A self-starter who can prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines with little direction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot processes to identify/resolve errors and analyze results
  • Technical Competencies: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, & PowerBI
  • Strong understanding and ability to ensure all processes comply with internal/external controls, standards, and regulations (i.e. SOX, IFRS)

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for providing comprehensive financial support across multiple brewery operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving informed decision-making through proactive analysis. The position partners closely with cross-brewery management to identify, track, and prioritize financial risks and opportunities while supporting strategic planning and performance management. Key responsibilities include overseeing timely and accurate month-end close processes, delivering detailed budget analysis for both fixed and variable manufacturing costs, and coordinating financial updates for quarterly reviews. The role also ensures all financial processes adhere to internal controls and comply with relevant regulations and accounting standards such as SOX and IFRS.
