POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager of Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for driving regional performance and execution. This position demands not just operational strength, but executive-level communication skills and a persuasive leadership presence. You will be expected to unify cross-functional teams, earn trust at every level, and drive high-stakes outcomes through clear messaging, decisive action, and collaborative influence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in telecom or cable operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in dynamic, deadline-driven environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to confidently present to executives, coach team members, and negotiate with external partners.
• Experience in network design, permitting, compliance, vendor management, and project execution.
• Deep understanding of fiber optics, HFC, and wireless infrastructure; Outside Plant Engineering; and industry-standard tools (AutoCAD, GIS, permit tracking systems).
• Valid driver’s license; must pass background check and drug screening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing P&L, budgets, and aligning operational execution with strategic financial goals.
• Certifications in AutoCAD, GIS, or related systems.
