The HR Manager is a pivotal role at Pattern, responsible for overseeing human resources operations and delivering an exceptional employee experience, while also handling strategic recruiting initiatives. This full-time, hybrid role will be based in our Melbourne, Australia office.

Responsibilities


    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Strong HR management experience and knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques
    • Knowledge of employment law, compliance standards, and payroll processes
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and strategic decision-making skills
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment
