Description:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Identify and report on brand-established target audience customer needs/problems and how existing products offer solutions.
  • Identify and report on gaps in brand-established target audience customer needs/problems and current product offerings and suggest areas for product development.
  • Analyze brand and product sales and marketing data to ensure positioning of products and brands is effective towards meeting sales goals.
  • Analyze digital ad content as a measurement of product positioning success.
  • Manage and oversee all product positioning ensuring it is accurate and consistent across all channels and communication when audited.
  • Provide resources and training on product positioning for sales teams.
  • Help develop and facilitate plans for product development, aligning them with company goals and market demands.
  • Manage product development projects accurately and on time from conception to launch through project management software (Asana) and using established processes.
  • Report on market trends and competitive landscape annually or as requested.
  • Provide messaging for developing product content and promotional materials such as literature, infographics for digital marketing, etc.
  • Using the Back Office Product Center as a guide, proof all relevant documents and marketing collateral within Asana to ensure alignment with product positioning and messaging

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Education – Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Required Work Experience – 5+ years’ experience
  • Competencies (Preferred):
  • Problem Solving Skills, Strong Communication Skills, Planning & Organizational Skills
  • Strong computer skills to assist in the development and support of critical software tools which support product sales
