CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Track record of shipping innovative products with quantifiable success metrics in user adoption and satisfaction
  • Technical aptitude demonstrated through ability to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping (formal coding experience not required)
  • Practical experience with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Cursor, Devin, etc.) for product development and workflow optimization
  • Proven expertise in gathering and translating user insights through direct research and observation
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a history of making data-informed product decisions
  • Demonstrated success in leading development teams and maintaining product quality
