  • 10+ years strategic planning skills gained from an in-house consultancy, or strategic experience from a credible consultancy firm.
  • Excited by organizational change with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ready to rise to challenges with the ability to cope with uncertainty and complexity
  • Positive and collaborative - A team player
  • Strong communication skills and an open personality
  • An excellent understanding of stakeholder relationships
  • Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational company or multinational consulting firm is an advantage, nice to have: consumer goods or fashion industry experience
