    • At least 10 years of experience from top-tier management consulting and/or strategy and planning roles in tech companies

    • Proven track record in leading operations or supply strategy projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and experience in handling complex projects across multiple teams.
    • Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Gear up and take the lead as our Senior Manager of Strategy (Supply), Quick Commerce! In this role, you’ll define and drive driver supply planning and pricing, playing a key role in scaling the business toward economic sustainability. Working closely with the Head of Quick Commerce and cross-functional teams—including Business, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Regional teams—you will lead strategic initiatives and experiments to optimize reliability and driver supply. Your sharp analytical mindset and data-driven approach will ensure supply keeps pace with growth targets

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:



      • Lead the Quick Commerce Strategy (Supply) team, overseeing driver operations and pricing efficiencies while collaborating with key stakeholders from on the ground regions team.

      • Assess regional driver supply and implement data-driven experiments to optimize incentives and supply strategies.
      • Develop strategies using market insights, research, and experimentation.
      • Partner with Product & Data teams to align supply strategies with system capabilities.
      • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Business, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Regional teams for seamless execution.
      • Support critical ad-hoc projects with strategic recommendations.
