Company Description Supply Chain Management Department Job Description Senior Manager is imposed with the following functions: arranging activities on inventory receipt, storage and issuance in a warehouse in accordance with the established procedure; arranging activities on getting licenses and permissions; planning warehouse operations taking into account availability of minimum required balance, stock rotation, standardized stock list; participating in count of inventory and items subject to strict control; organizing inventory issuance and receipt, loading and unloading operations in a warehouse complying with health, safety, workplace hygiene and fire protection rules; keeping a record of inventory movements; organizing analysis; organizing payment for received expendables; participation in identification, evaluation, management and monitoring of risks within the framework of supervised direction; timely and proper fulfillment of other orders of the Head of division and the University management within the framework of his/her responsibilities and powers; Qualifications Qualifications Priority specializations: - Supply chain, logistics and procurement management (preferred); - law; - economics Work experience Required work experience is defined in accordance with standard qualifications for administrative positions at the autonomous organization of education “Nazarbayev University”.
