Senior Manager, Corporate Secretarial Sydney, Australia Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 Hybrid    Intro: To lead, coordinate and oversee company secretarial services to our clients, working closely with the Director, Head of Operations and the wider team on the day-to-day delivery of all company secretarial matters. The Senior Manager will also liaise directly with clients and CSC offices globally to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery. In addition, the role will contribute to internal projects focused on enhancing operational processes and procedures, as well as supporting broader transformation and efficiency initiatives.   Some of the things you’ll be doing: Client Service & Delivery • Lead the delivery of company secretarial services for a portfolio of key clients • Oversee company incorporations, restructurings, and ongoing entity management • Ensure timely preparation and filing of statutory returns and compliance documents  • Provide governance support and advisory input to clients as required • Act as a key escalation point for complex client queries • Maintain regular communication with clients, service providers, and third parties to ensure high-quality service delivery • Identify potential cross selling opportunity by developing and maintaining a good relationship with existing clients, both locally and internationally • Ensure timely billing of client accounts through accurate time recording and support of cash collection processes   Client Relationship Management • Maintain strong, trusted relationships with key clients as a primary point of contact • Liaise effectively with clients and CSC offices to ensure seamless service delivery • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and periodic service reviews as required   Leadership & Team Management • Supervise, mentor, and develop team members within the company secretarial function • Review team outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance • Support resource planning and workload allocation within the team • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement • Actively review and improve existing policies and procedures where necessary, as well as implement any relevant new task-based procedures for team   Process Improvement & Transformation  • Lead or contribute to internal projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and standardising processes • Support transformation initiatives, including automation and system enhancements • Identify and implement opportunities to improve service delivery and reduce operational risk   Compliance • Ensure compliance with relevant corporate governance standards and statutory requirements  • Oversee and monitor the client onboarding and acceptance process to ensure adherence to internal compliance and risk standards • Track, review, and ensure timely completion of internal compliance obligations by the team, and report progress to local and group compliance functions on a regular basis   What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? •Qualification in Corporate Governance or diploma/degree in related disciplines (law, accounting, business and finance) • Australian Chartered Secretary qualification required • Minimum 8/10 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in a legal, corporate secretarial or financial services environment, and a minimum of 2 years demonstrated management experience • Acute understanding and passion of corporate management services •Fluent in both English both verbal and written • A good team player, keen to learn, able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills • Proactive and able to work independently as well a part of a team  CSC is a global business, legal, and financial services company based in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, providing knowledge-based solutions to clients worldwide.
