The Senior Manager will be a leader and driver on the Operational Excellence Team, playing a significant role supporting business growth with a constant focus on improving existing and future state operations. The Senior Manager will support the creation of and lead the execution of the strategic objectives, driving ownership of key deliverables across Staples 298 stores, and central support office, working hand in hand with multiple partners to ensure flawless execution of operational tasks, while driving conversion on traffic and programs simplification across the organization. This leader will use complex problem-solving skills, manage multiple high visibility priorities, and maintain a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate achievement in driving successful projects, developing, coaching and mentoring team members, and exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills with multiple business partners across many geographies in Canada.
