EDUCATION, SKILL & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field:
  • Data Science / Data Analytics
  • Information Systems
  • Business Analytics
  • Engineering (Industrial, Software, or related field)
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data engineering roles.
  • Retail or operations experience is an asset.

BUSINESS & OPERATIONS KNOWLEDGE

  • Deep understanding of store operations, workforce planning, and retail KPIs.
  • Ability to interpret data in the context of real-world store execution.
  • Strong storytelling skills—translating data into insights that drive action.
Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Operations Data Analytics to drive data strategy and insights for our National Operations team.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Operational Insights, Analytics and Performance Optimization, this role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution—someone who thrives on building from scratch, turning raw data into actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
