Job Purpose: Cluster Head - Solar is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of solar energy sites within the cluster. The role ensures the achievement of key performance targets such as plant availability, grid availability, and capacity utilization while optimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency. The Cluster Head drives strategic initiatives in technology adoption, safety, compliance, and sustainability, all while fostering a skilled and safety-conscious team to achieve long-term business objectives.
