Position Summary... As the Senior Manager of Seller Standards Operations, you will lead the team responsible for enforcing Walmart Marketplace performance standards. You’ll oversee weekly enforcement cycles, guide seller reviews, manage escalations, and drive portfolio-wide performance improvements by partnering with account support and cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Director of Seller Standards, this role requires a strong operator and team leader who can ensure enforcement consistency, improve seller outcomes, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through process and product improvements. What you'll do... Key Responsibilities Lead weekly enforcement cycles, including account flagging, seller reviews, and application of enforcement decisions or other performance interventions. Oversee a team of operations managers executing enforcement workflows and collaborating with internal partners on performance improvement efforts. Provide final decisions and manage escalations related to policy enforcement and operational disruptions. Identify sellers with performance risks and collaborate cross-functionally to support remediation and improvement. Recommend process and product changes to improve enforcement consistency, efficiency, and seller experience. Represent enforcement operations in product planning and cross-functional forums to ensure tooling and workflows meet operational needs. Monitor performance trends across seller segments and hold your team accountable for driving improvements in seller compliance and trust outcomes. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have: Deep understanding of marketplace enforcement workflows and seller trust principles. Strong judgment and experience navigating complex or ambiguous performance and compliance scenarios. Experience managing operations teams, including coaching, execution oversight, and escalation management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Risk, Account Management, and Analytics. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Risk, or related field (MBA preferred). 7–10 years of experience in eCommerce, Marketplace Operations, or seller/vendor performance management. 3+ years of people leadership experience. Proven ability to lead operational programs and manage policy enforcement or compliance workflows. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
