What you can look forward to as Senior Manager – Operations (m/f/d): Align with relative product line for priority list setting. Owns the BOM for assigned devices and drives component cost reduction in close collaboration with PP (Supplier & Commodity interface) and TPjM (PE interface), applying various methods such as Workshop, Tech Day, Product Tear Down, Target Costing (with CE), Benchmarking etc. Verify ideas commercially and technically, build OP and Pipeline for assigned portfolio / devices. Project execution with full ownership and accountability to plan, track and manage all necessary actions in line with accepted QCD targets. Lead a Project Team (“BlueBox”), comprising of PP-Buyer, Technical Project Manager (TPjM) and other supportive functions. Your profile as Senior Manager – Operations (m/f/d): Min. 5 years working experience in automotive Project management skills. Able to deal with ambiguous situations. Manufacturing, Sourcing, Project management, quality and process engineering. Problem solving skills, like Six Sigma, Quick Response Six Sigma, Lean. Communication, influencing and organizational skills. Fluent in local language and English.
