Bachelor's degree plus 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience in employee development and leadership development programs. Instructional and/or program design experience. At least 5 years facilitation experience; Insights certification a plus. Ability to flex facilitation style for various cultural norms and seniority levels. Exceptional interpersonal skills, executive presence, and emotional intelligence. Customer-focused attitude, with high-level of professionalism and discretion. Ability to influence at all levels in the organization and success in working in a matrixed organization. Organizes and prioritizes own work. Ability to manage multiple projects and activities while delivering results. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Windows applications: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to merge data, and create tables and graphs). Must work at least 3-days per week or more at the BSC Valencia, CA location. Advanced degree in OD or other related fields. 3+ years of professional coaching with successful engagements. Change management certification. Experience with culture change and engagement strategies.
