Role Overview:   Cashfree Payments is building the next generation of payment infrastructure for AI-native applications. With Cashfree Here, businesses can accept payments directly inside conversational AI interfaces, enabling seamless transactions without breaking the user journey.   As a Senior Manager –  Partnerships, you will drive strategic partnerships and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to expand adoption of Cashfree across AI platforms, AI-native startups, and technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tech/Cloud/Saas sales, partnerships, and GTM strategy,     What You Will Do:   * Build and manage strategic partnerships with AI startups, AI platforms, and cloud ecosystem partners. * Identify and onboard AI-native companies building conversational and agentic applications. * Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to build joint value propositions and partner-led GTM initiatives. * Drive co-marketing and co-selling opportunities with ecosystem partners. * Identify new business opportunities in the AI commerce ecosystem. * Own the pipeline for AI-native partnerships and drive revenue growth through strategic alliances. * Track emerging trends in AI commerce, conversational AI, and agentic applications. * Identify opportunities where payment integrations can unlock new business models within AI interfaces.   What You Will Need:   * 5–7 years of experience in partnerships/business development, with mandatory exposure to Tech/Saas/Cloud. * Proven experience in GTM strategy and partner-led growth. * Strong understanding of India’s domestic technology and startup ecosystem. * Ability to build relationships with founders, developers, and ecosystem partners. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
