Job Description To design, position and commercialise OEM‑aligned value propositions that grow market share, originations and portfolio quality within the Retail Vehicle & Asset Finance (VAF) business for PPB / Standard Bank Customers. The role owns the strategic partnerships with automotive and equipment OEMs and ensures the bank’s finance solutions are deeply embedded into dealer, manufacturer ecosystems and affiliated partners. The incumbent translates OEM strategy into scalable commercial offers, executed through sales, marketing, and customer segment teams. This is a senior commercial leadership role requiring deep industry credibility and strong executive stakeholder engagement capabilities.
