ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Job Purpose/Objective Planning and executing all Partnership activities – Sports Partnerships, Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, brochures) and brand/service placement. Key responsibilities Planning and executing all Partnership activities – Sports Partnerships, Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, brochures) and brand/service placement. Exploring relevant Partnership options, Signing the Partnership and Managing Partnership Launch. Managing Agencies and Vendors to manage the Partnership events, Branding, and other activities. Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to build brand awareness. Facility Branding across all Bus. Responsible for setting up of strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions. Manage Customer-centric Industry events, Internal Events, etc. Ensure right speaking slots in relevant events and summits Manage Special Event Projects Industry Partnership – Evaluate and manage partnership with Industry and Trade associations QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES Skills and Competencies Energetic, versatile and a creative problem-solver Talented, Flexible individual with ability to multitask, to exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail Effective communications, presentation Excellent Attitude, with strong mindset towards learning and contribution. Stakeholder Internal: Head of Partnership, Brand Team and all HODs External: Vendors and Partners Educational Qualification (min) Post-Graduation in Marketing Preferred Certifications if any Range/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required 12 - 15 years and above Min no of years of Industry specific experience required, if any & the industry type 3-4 years
